Rick Wright’s Greenville Defeated By Omaha
Rick Wright’s Greenville Triumph were defeated 1-0 away to ten-man Union Omaha in the USL League One on Thursday [June 12].
Defender Zane Bubb scored an own goal in the 40th minute.
Omaha’s Marco Milanese was shown a second yellow card in the 59th minute.
A former Saltus Grammar School student, Wright made appearances for the Bermuda and United States national teams.
He was appointed head coach of Greenville at the start of last season, having served as assistant coach for several years.
Greenville are away at Charlotte Independence today.
