Video: Bermuda Women Win Semi-Final

The Bermuda’s women’s football team moved a step closer to retaining their Island Games title after defeating Gozo 3-0 in the semi-finals in Orkney today [July 17].

Coach Naquita Robinson’s side, who claimed the gold medal at Guernsey two years ago, will face the Isle of Man tomorrow at 8am Bermuda time.

Bermuda broke the deadlock when Jaden Masters curled in a superb effort in the 56th minute before Emily Cabral doubled their lead in the 78th minute with a neat finish.

Symira Lowe-Darrell completed the scoring after slotting home in the 90th minute.
