Field Hockey: Budgies & Pink Robins Draw
The 2025/26 Bermuda Field Hockey season commenced with a 3-3 tie between the Budgies and Pink Robins at the National Sports Center. The match was characterized by its rapid scoring, with each goal being quickly countered by the opposing team.
The Budgies established a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute with a field goal from Katie Brangman. The Pink Robins responded one minute later when Jennifer Chisnall scored a field goal to tie the game.
In the second half, the Pink Robins took the lead in the 49th minute with a field goal from Abby Brewer. The Budgies equalized within one minute with a field goal from Francesca Cacace Lawrence.
Brangman scored her second field goal for the Budgies in the 53rd minute, putting her team ahead 3-2. However, the Pink Robins’ Margaux Ellison secured the tie a minute later with a field goal of her own.
