News that Knowledge Quest announced 16 recipients of its 2025 scholarships across diverse fields, the graduation of the 4th and 5th cohorts of the 2025 Fintech Programme on September 4, and Shiona Turini winning an Emmy for her work with Beyoncé at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in Los Angeles were all positive stories from the past week.
In additional good news, Hamilton Parish Council held its Scholarship Golf Tournament at Ocean View Golf Course, BHCS presented the Calvin ‘Bummy’ Symonds-Dennis Wainwright Safe Hands Award to Alex Dore of Somerset, and Nathan Trott — who plays for Cardiff City — was nominated for the EFL League One Player of the Month.
