Taylor White Named NE10 Swimmer Of Week
Bermuda’s Taylor White was named the Northeast-10 Women’s Swimmer of the Week after an impressive showing in a recent meet.
The school’s announcement said, “Taylor White was named the Northeast 10 Women’s Swimmer of the Week on Tuesday after she won two individual races in Bentley’s victory over Brandeis on November 7.
“White won both the 200 free and 200 backstroke and swam the anchor leg for the winning 400 free relay team. She swam a season best 2:00.30 in the 200 free to win by more than eight seconds. Her time in the 200 back of 2:11.65 was also a season best and won that race by almost 15 seconds.
“A senior from Warwick, Bermuda, it’s her third career NE10 weekly award. The Falcons next compete on Saturday at Babson College.”
