Man Arrested After ‘Disturbance’ On Front Street
One man has been arrested and another man is being treated for injuries after a ‘disturbance inside the English Market on Front Street’ this afternoon, the police confirmed.
A police spokesperson said, “Shortly after 5:00 PM on Friday, May 22, police responded to a report of a disturbance inside the English Market on Front Street.
“Details are limited at this time. However it’s is believed that two men were involved in a fight. One man is being treated for non-life threatening injuries and the other has been taken into custody.
“The incident does not appear to have affected the parade.
“The Bermuda Police Service is appealing to anyone with information about the disturbance to contact police on 211 as soon as possible.”
