Last night a woman was accosted as she exited her car outside her Smith’s parish home, with the male suspect stealing her handbag. Ministry: Prison Van Is Licenced
A prison van displaying a licence that expired weeks ago is actually licenced a Government spokesperson said, however the van’s sticker had not been replaced.
