Photos, Videos, Results: Around The Island Race
[Updated with results] The Bermuda Powerboat Association held the 2026 Round the Island Race today [Aug 9], with powerboat crews taking to Bermuda’s waters for the highly anticipated event. We will update with the full results as able.
Update: Seventeen boats started and 16 finished the 2026 Round the Island Race, with the event also producing three new class records.
Chris Marshall and Santiago Roe aboard A3 set a new A Class record of 46:04, while Ricky Sousa and Nick Cabral aboard B20 established a new B Class record of 37:54. Chad Sutherland and Lee Wilson aboard C87 completed the trio of record-setting performances, recording a new C Class mark of 39:22.
