Photos: Snorkel Park Opening
Under the new management of Tom Steinhoff, James Harvey and Belcario Thomas, Snorkel Park Beach in Dockyard officially opened today [May 23].
The entertainment included Home Grown live band, Martinez steel pan drumming, a limbo performance by Dawn Frost, jet ski tours, beach volleyball, raft race, and much more. The Park caters to all ages, with a upgrades including a new Kiddie Cove and upgraded Hammerhead’s Bar & Grill.
The opening today saw a mixture of tourist and locals in attendance, with locals having the numbers edge. Staff could be seen milling about, offering quick and efficient service, security was firmly in place, and it seemed a very relaxed atmosphere with a good time had by all.
