Premier’s Surprise Birthday Celebration
Premier Dr Ewart Brown was surprised this morning by a mini birthday celebration by his staff. The Premier turned 64 years old, and yesterday made reference to his soon-to-be senior citizen status, jokingly referencing that he will soon collect his “free bus and ferry pass” at the HSBC Bank opening on Front Street.

One of his staff tells us “As you can imagine luring the leader of the country into a birthday ambush takes some doing but once again we were able to get the Premier to the right place at the right time!”
