Sounds like a repeat of the shooting there not long ago. Age wise, I worry.

  3. Terry says:

Well, it’s an open and shut case. Usually, a guy with a hoody et al. “26 year old Sandys man”.
    Stay safe.

    • itwasn'tme says:

so, how do I know if I’m aiding a man that the police are looking for…if they don’t release his name????

  4. W.T.F.??? says:

hopefully the next guy threatened with a knife takes it off the attacker and sticks it up his ass and snaps the handle off…
    because I would!!
everytime you go to the bathroom you’ll remember what I did to you boy!

    • Terry says:

Have you ever been stabbed numerous time W.T.F.?.?.?………?

I doubt you’s do anything except pray that your life is spared. Sounds good on paper (internet).

Plus, you would have committed a more serious offence but thats the norm now, right?

      • D says:

Ummmmm wtf was expressing what they would do….duh

      • W.T.F.??? says:

Tery,,,unlike what you may think you know,I am NOT scared of someone with a knife and Yes! as a matter of fact.I have been threatened with a knife before…that guy will never do that again to anyone either…
as usual Terry, you seem to know everything!

      • W.T.F.??? says:

Plus, you would have committed a more serious offence but thats the norm now, right?

errr.NO…not committed any offense…far as I or any other right minded human being is concerned, that would have been poetic justice and I’ll take my chances in a court trial by my peers IF I had to do so…we ALL now what would happen…
        Case Dismissed!

  7. Malachi says:

..just another quiet Sunday afternoon near Pleasantville Lane??

  8. wondering says:

bermuda is dying and we stand by and worry about the economy….i have been to poor places and people are not so “wanty wanty getty getty” and are content with less. we are taking bermuda back to days of segregation only now it is black on black.

you don’t see anybody marching on cabinet grounds (SDO ring a bell) after these incidents….guess the trees are more important that the people who might sit under them

    • truth be told says:

@Wondering Very good point …..Lets all try this on for size, What if this man was at fault(did he do anything to provoke him?) and brought this on himself?….People are always quick to judge before they know the details. People react to things differently and this problem may be the result of two wrongs and you know that doesn’t make it right but get the facts before you judge the lesser of two evils.

      • Can you handle this says:

@ truth be told..I can honestly say all though I am not allowed to give the details, it did not happen with the possible scenario that you have presented

        • truth be told says:

@ Can you…I can’t go into details ether and I don’t know where you get your Intel from but my “possible scenario” is made through my knowing both these men and their ways.Unless you were there and saw it all then you are not in a position to eliminate any ones “possible scenario.”

  9. Terry says:

“Wondering”, you won’t have to much more. Reality is a beach….(SDO, not included)

  10. Live in the neighborhood... says:

Just to put it in perspective. This was not the case of a random 26year old attacking a 60year old.
26 Year old: Known to be unstable. Pretty sure St.Brendans is familiar with the individual.
This doesn’t make it right. I just don’t think people should be afraid to walk their dogs because they are afraid that a 26year old will attack them. It wasn’t a robbery…people don’t rob crackheads, it usually happens the other way around. This does however highlight that there are people out there who are lacking proper mental healthcare, and others with addiction problems who aren’t seeking or being given help. Lets hope the 58 year old makes a full recovery.

  11. Concerned Bermudian says:

Stabber’s Mother: Oh but he’s a nice boy, never been in much trouble, he goes Sunday school an errybody.

    • Can you handle this says:

@ concerned Bermudian..did you not read the previous post about the attacker? apparently not or you would not have written what you did..

  12. MYOB says:

No body knows what happened, only those that were there. Most of you are just going off speculation. Let the police do their job and stop running your mouths. I just hope that justice will be served in this matter. No one knows what they would do in any situation until you are faced with it.
