ICC Cricket: Bermuda Lose To Canada

[Updated] Bermuda have won the toss and elected to bat first in their third ICC Americas Region Division One Twenty20 match against Canada at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill in Fort Lauderdale. You can follow the match as it progresses, here on the ICC Cricket site.

Bermuda goes into this game with a 2-0 record thus far in the tournament, having beaten Argentina in the opener, and later beating Suriname.

Bermuda have won the toss and elected to bat first in their third ICC Americas Region Division One Twenty20 match against Canada at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground, Lauderhill in Fort Lauderdale.

Bermuda could only manage 78/8 in their allotted 20 overs. Malachi Jones was the top scorer with 29 from 34 deliveries, while Joshua Gilbert scored 13 from 22 balls. The only other batsman to reach double figures was Kamau Leverock who scored 12. Grant Broadhurst had figures of 4-1-08-3 to lead Canada’s bowling attack, while Junaid Siddiqui had figures of 4-0-20-3.
