Police: Sudden Death Of 25-Year-Old John Pitt
The Bermuda Police Service released the identity of the 25-year-old man who was found dead at a Spanish Point residence last Thursday.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service can now confirm the death of 25 year old John Pitt of Pembroke. Mr. Pitt’s lifeless body was found around 2:30pm Thursday, June 14th at a Shaw Wood Crescent, Pembroke residence. He was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene by an on call doctor.
“An autopsy has been conducted by a forensic pathologist, and the findings have been shared with the family of Mr. Pitt. The results of the autopsy are subject to consideration by the Coroner, thus will not be released publicly. The Bermuda Police Service extends condolences to the family & friends of Mr. Pitt at this tragic time.”
