Photo Set #1: 2013 Telford Magic Mile Races
Hundreds of children made their way to the the National Sports Center in Devonshire this afternoon [Feb.23] for the Telford Electric Magic Mile Races. The always popular annual event attracts hundreds of budding young runners aged 4 and up. We will update with full results, the second photo gallery and videos as able.

MAGIC MOMENT OF THE DAY…… 4 year old Dakari Saunders who has Cerebral Palsy really wanted to “run” in the race with his peers so he was placed at the 200m start line and he ran to cheers of the crowd who gave him a standing ovation. You should have seen his face when he crossed the finish line… Priceless.

We are so grateful to everyone for showing Dakari such great support and for making him feel included. He said today was his best day ever! He’s still wearing his medal. We’re very very proud of him.
