Basketball: Warwick, St George’s Record Wins
The first game in the Bermuda Basketball Association Elite City League action inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium this weekend saw the Warwick Rim Rockers defeat the Pembroke Cane Toads 56 – 31.
Ronnie Bushner scored a game high 25 points to lead the Warwick Rim Rockers to victory, while Jericho Tucker scored 14 points for the Pembroke Cane Toads.
In Game two the St. George’s International’s defeated a youthful Paget Bearcats 67 – 31. Dean Jones scored a game high 23 points for the St. George’s International’s, while Anthony Furbert scored 11 points for the Paget Bearcats.
