Ming And Lottimore Win Medals In Ohio

Syriah Lottimore and Jayden Ming represented the Bermuda Pacers Track Club at the 2014 Columbus Track and Field Classic at the Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium in Ohio.

Ming captured a gold medal in the 13-14 boys 1,500 meter race, crossing the line in a time of 4:54.02. Lottimore won a bronze medal when she finished third in the 13-14 girls 400 meter dash, clocking a time of 1:02.46.

Competing in the 13-14 girls 100 meter dash, Lottimore finished sixth in the preliminaries with a time of 13.52; in the final, Lottimore was even faster, clocking a time of 13.33 to finish fourth.

Lottimore went on to finish sixth in the 13-14 girls 200 meter dash preliminaries where she clocked a time of 27.66, before running a 27.42 in the final to finish fifth.
