BNA Senior Netball League Weekend Results
The Bermuda Netball Association League Season got underway on Saturday [Nov 1] with four matches played at the Dellwood Middle School.
The opening game saw the WWC Panthers defeat the Data Tech For-Ts 45 – 33. Nikita Trott led the Panthers to victory with 27 goals while Darika Simons added 18 goals. Alex Dowling scored 28 goals for Data Tech, with Rose Saunders scoring 3 goals and Denise Rawlins scoring twice.
The Signworx Netts won their game 43 – 27 over the Young Men Social Club Baby Bluebirds Too. Stevantae McCallan scored 19 goals for the Signworx Netts while Amali Smith added 15 goals and Nia Daley scored 9 goals. Keizhari Knights scored 20 goals for the Young Men Social Club Baby Bluebirds Too and Shondenae Woods-Bell scored 7 goals.
Young Men Social Club Bluebirds got 18 goals from Danielle Raynor in their 57 – 2 win over the Bermuda College. Ebonie Burgess and Eshe Grant both scored 13 goals and Camille Masters scored 5 goals. Alicia Churm and Jamie-Lee Wright scored a goal each for the Bermuda College.
Young Men Social Club Baby Bluebirds defeated the North Village Lady Rams 50 – 33. Fredricka Samuels led the Young Men Social Club Baby Bluebirds to victory with 44 goals while Miesha Greaves added 6 goals. Jahture Trott scored 24 goals for the North Village Lady Rams, with Kristin Holman adding 8 goals and Chiquita Simmons scoring once.
