This is a good idea. However, could literally open the doors for abuse. Perhaps free food tied to a community service that day. Paying it forward.

  2. BE BERMUDIAN says:

Fellow Bermudians, PLEASE be considerate and yield to those who are truly hungry. Let’s not forget who we are and that there will be people at this event who are genuinely struggling.

  3. gzibsv says:

lawd, can we enjoy the blessing before e’ry bdan wants to come on here and start telling people how to act, what to do, and there not?
    dang, slow down.

    • Self says:

@gzibsv, sometimes you HAVE TO. You know there’s always some greedy you-know-what that wants to take advantage whenever they hear the word “free.”

  4. Keepin' it Real!...4Real! says:

it really should be for the homeless who walk on by, sleeping where ever the darkness catches them…and for you too if you’re willing to answer a few questions…enjoy folks!

  5. VJG says:

What a great way to give back to the community!! Hopefully other local restaurants will take heed. These are hard times in Bermy and I want to commend Four Star Pizza for taking the 1st step!

    • gzibsv says:

Actually, hunger is not a restaurant’s problem. As ironically as that may sound. A restaurant is a treat it is not a must. A must is food in one’s cupboard. Therefore, other restaurants don’t need to follow suit. If the lines are a symbol of hunger then what we do need are more “Soup Kitchens”, i.e the church located on Middle Road, Devonshire.

    • Observer says:
