Gombey Trackers Facebook Page Launched
A new Facebook page was launched this morning [Jan 3] called the “Bermuda Gombey Trackers” encouraging members to post appearance times and locations of the island’s different gombey troupes as they perform in different neighbourhoods.
The page description says, “Gombey Lovers…. When you hear the sound of D Gombey beat post here. If you are following the gombeys lets us know where you are so we can join you.”

Reminds me bout we byes diving for coins as the cruise ship docked…in St. Georges…see we didn’t really know any better…sharks follow cruise ships in …they follow biodegradable food waste that is thrown overboard..mantas follow the sugar freighters..mermaids followedy boat…it’s true!!!!!!
