Day #2: Golf Stroke Play Championships Results
Mark Phillips will take a three stroke lead into the Men’s Final Round of the 2015 Bermuda Amateur Stroke Play Championships, while Katrin Burnie and Kim Botelho are joint leaders on the Ladies side as play continued at the Riddell’s Bay Golf Course.
Phillips shot a Second Round 2-under par 68, his round consisted of 4 Birdies, 12 Pars and 2 Bogeys. Damian Palanyandi moved into second place after he shot a Second Round 2-under par 68 and is now at -1 overall and Arthur Jones is in third place after his Second Round Even Par 70 and he is 1-over par for the Tournament.
Burnie shot a Second Round 7-over par 79 to move into the tie for first place, Burnie’s round consisted of 1 Birdie, 10 Pars, 5 Bogey’s and 1 Double Bogey, while Botelho shot 11-over par 83, Botelho carded 9 Pars, 8 Bogey’s and a Triple Bogey. Elizabeth Parsons is in third one stroke back at 20-over par overall.
