Leverock Wins Newport 2016 Scorers Award
Newport Cricket Club have announced their 2016 Cricket Awards with Bermuda’s Kamau Leverock earning the Scorers Award.
Leverock and his teammates were the 2016 South Wales Premier League Double Winners, crowned the League Champions and the Twenty20 Winners.
The Scorers Award went to Leverock for his performance during the Twenty20 Final against Bridgend, Leverock scored 57 off 26 balls including 34 runs in 6 consecutive balls.
