Photos: People Gather Outside Court Building
[Updated with video + photos] As of 2.30pm this afternoon [May 3] people are gathered outside the Magistrates Court building again, as another court hearing is expected to take place in relation to alleged offences during the protests on December 2, 2016.

The people that have been charged with alleged offences include BIU President Chris Furbert, BPSU President Jason Hayward, Reverend Nicholas Tweed, BIU 1st Vice President Glen Simmons, Lilymay Bulford, Neville Goddard, Chris Furbert Jr, Anthony Burgess, Arnold Smith, Alafia Henry, David Saltus, Sherman Hill, Antoine Minors, Ernest Trott and Dornielle Farrell.

People we see inside the court as of this writing include BIU President Chris Furbert, Rev Nicholas Tweed, BPSU President Jason Hayward, BPSU General Secretary Ed Ball, Opposition Leader David Burt, PLP MP Wayne Furbert, and PLP MP Derrick Burgess.
Three lawyers that have been representing people charged with offenses — Jerome Lynch QC, Charles Richardson, and Delroy Duncan — are also present.
The court hearing is just getting underway and we will update as able, and in the meantime you can watch a live video stream from outside the court room via Bernews Facebook page.
Update 3.10pm: Most people seem to have walked out of the Court building and people are leaving from outside. We will have more details later, but as far as what happened in Court, there was some legal discussion and a mention date set.

As you can see, a number of people accompanied BPSU President Jason Hayward to the court hearing, with the group, which included Opposition Leader David Burt, walking to court with the BPSU banner.
