Nahki Wells Scores In Pre-Season Burnley Win
Bermuda’s Nahki Wells scored his first Pre-Season goal for Burnley in their 5 – 2 win over non-League side Curzon Ashton in a friendly match.
Wells saw an early shot saved by Cameron Mason. Wells’ goal came in the second half when he drilled in a shot from 20 yards, Wells scored a hat-trick on this ground last season as an over-age player in a Premier League Cup tie.
Also finding the net for Burnley were Sam Vokes who scored twice, while Jon Walters and Ben Mee added a goal each.
