Collision In Pembroke Results In Power Outage
There is a power outage in the Spanish Point area tonight [Oct 7] after a van collided with a utility pole according to police.
A police spokesperson said, “First responders attended a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision that took place on Spanish Point Road near Cove Point Lane in Pembroke at round 9 pm tonight [Oct 7].
“It appears that a male driver of a van collided with a utility pole resulting in a power outage in the area.
“No one was injured and BELCO is currently in the area and are in the process of restoring power.”
