GCSE Berkeley Students Visit Cabinet Office
Premier Brown today [Sept 30] met at the Cabinet Office with the seven Berkeley Institute students who successfully passed their math GCSE exam two years before most students traditionally even sit the exam. Pictured below left to right are: Alexandra Francis, Jumoke Stovell, Sierra Symonds, Premier Brown, Hans Peter Rozer, Azra Smith, Jadiyah Bailey and Whitney Riley.
Accompanied by Principal Michelle Simmons the students met with the Premier for about 20 minutes and each received a gift at the conclusion of the meeting.
The Berkeley Institute reported a vast improvement in GCSE results this year, with a 78.5% pass rate compared to 45.7% last year.

Berkeley got a GCSE pass rate of 78% I believe that the Royal Gazette reported that Saltus had a pass rate of only 79%.
Go figure
At Saltus it is mandatory for all Students to sit GCSE exams wheres at Berkeley only those who choose to do so themselevs sit the exams. A 78% pass rate at Saltus is A LOT better than a 78% pass rate at Berkeley… go figure.
I recognise your point. I like to see that some people are getting benefit out of the public school system.
Yes it is interesting. 78.5% pass rate this year compared to 45.7% last year. How is that NOT interesting????
And by the way for a PUBLIC School that IS interesting. Just think about it.
GO AZ!!!!
