Bermuda Golfers Continue In South Carolina
Eight Bermuda golfers took to the links in the Golf.com World Amateur Handicap Championships in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Ann Mitchell playing in the Women’s Division Flight 67 ended her second round T4th after her round of 76. Ann Symonds fell from her T7th place start in the Women’s Division Flight 65 to T19th after shooting a round of 76, while Tracy Burgess is currently in T28th after shooting a round of 75 in the same Division.
Gary Venning’s round of 70 sees him move up to the T15th place in the Senior Men’s 50 – 59 Age Group Flight 31, while both Richard Marriott and Walter Jackson are playing in the 49 & Under Flight 7 Division, Jackson shot a second round 72 and moved up the leaderboard to T9th, while Marriott walked off the Course T19th after a round of 82.
In the Senior Men’s 50-59 Flight 16 Division Keith Trott shot a round of 86 and is in 39th place, while Kavon Trott playing in the Senior Men’s 50-59 Flight 18 Division ended his second round T5th after a round of 73.
