Season’s First Cross Country Race On Saturday
The Bermuda National Athletics Association [BNAA] 2014/2015 season is set to get underway with the season’s first cross country race on Saturday [Sept 27] at Chaplin Bay.
BNAA President Donna Watson said, “”The 2013/2014 season has ended and now we are moving onto our 2014/2015 season. The first cross country will take place this coming Saturday September 27th @ 8:30am at Chaplin Bay.
“With this being our first event we are never sure how many athletes will be out to participate. Some of the athletes who have had a very busy summer are still recovering [eg. Kyrah Scraders].
“As per normal we have a very busy cross country season, road racing schedule and another busy track season. We are looking forward to another productive athletics season.”
