Court: Two Teenagers Appear On Assault Charge
Two teenagers appeared in Magistrates Court following an assault on a 15-year-old boy at the Bus Terminal, with one receiving a Conditional Discharge while the other was referred to the Mental Health Court.
Adonis Robinson, 17, and Tarik Ebbin, 18, re-appeared before Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo on a charge of assaulting the 15- year-old boy at the Bus Terminal in September of this year.
Taking account of the Social Inquiry Reports on each of the two teenagers, first time offender Robinson, who is supposed to return overseas where he will continue his education, was given a twelve month Conditional Discharge.
Ebbin, who already has a record, was ordered to attend the Mental Health Court session, and this Court will determine the further action, if any, that will apply to Ebbin.
