Court: 19-Year-Old Man Denies Sexual Offense

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [March 28], a nineteen-year-old man plead not guilty to a charge that between November and December 2015 he used a cellphone to communicate with a young female intending to lure her into committing a sexual act. He also denied that in December he committed a sexual act with her.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for June 2016 and granted the defendant bail at $7,000 with one surety. He also ordered that there was to be no contact with the child.
