Recent hockey action in the women’s division saw the Budgies defeat the Longtails 6 – 0, Swallows defeat the Sandpipers 11 – 0, while Canaries and Ravens played to a 3 – 3 draw.

Budgies 6 Longtails 0

The Budgies defeated the Longtails 6 – 0 in their match, with Jaselle Smith and Keishae Robinson both scoring twice, while Renee Greenslade and Taylor Mullan both added a goal each.

Canaries 3 Ravens 3

The Ravens came from 3 – 0 down to draw 3 – 3 with the Canaries, the Canaries got two Field Goals off the stick of Abigail McEachin, while Stephanie Sareen added another Field Goals, while the Ravens got single Field Goals off the sticks of Molly O’Donnell, Petal Toby and Eloise Pinchin.

Swallows 11 Sandpipers 0

The Swallows got hat-tricks from Claire Brady and Helen Clarke as they went on to defeat the Sandpipers 11 – 0. Donna Nicholson and Annefa Burke both scored twice and Jo Heaney added the other.
