Dogs Following Kayaker Prompts Concern
Dogs in the water between Spanish Point and Dockyard caught the attention of a member of the public yesterday [April 15], with a police land unit dispatched to investigate.
A Bermuda Maritime Operations Centre spokesperson said, “A member of public called Bermuda Maritime Operations Centre, concerned for the welfare of three dogs swimming in the water and following a kayaker between Spanish Point and Dockyard.
“A Police land unit was dispatched to investigate. A short while later, the kayaker and three dogs where observed returning safely ashore.
