One Communications Declares $0.08 Dividend
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd., announced a dividend.
The filing stated: “One Communications is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend is payable on May 15, 2019 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2019.”
Mr. Frank Amaral, the Company’s CEO, stated: “Since the 2016 transaction, the Company has invested over $90 million in its networks, and has greatly improved the suite of services we offer. As a result, we continue to see positive results and are pleased to return to more regular dividend payments.”
