Somers Share Repurchases For December
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited, announced their recent share repurchases.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited [Somers], a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of December 2019, Somers purchased 238 of its own common shares at an average cost of $15.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at December 31, 2019 was 20,670,010 [net of 838 treasury shares].”
