Photos: Craig Bean Championships Underway
[Updated with photos] The 2020 Craig Bean Memorial Championships got underway at the Fairmont Southampton Tennis Courts with a full day of play.
Kirstin Saltus picked up a straight-sets win over Victoria Stephens 6-4, 6-3 in their Women’s Singles battle.
Tre Manders defeated Cody Simons in their match 6-2, while Jekon Edness defeated Rishi Aggarwal by the same score. Amaya Rollins defeated Sienna Outtrim 6-4, while Michael Armstrong defeated Andrew Trott 6-0.
Daniel Phillips was leading Kyle Williams 4-1 in the second set before Williams retired.
