Large Group Exemption: Night Of Soul Fund Raising Charity Event [Charity No. 1011]
Whereas the Minister of National Security considers that the proposed Night of Soul Charity Event is justifying an exemption from the prohibition in regulation 5 [1] and [2] of the Public Health [COVID-19 Emergency Powers] Regulations 2020 on groups of more than fifty persons assembling;
Now therefore, the Minister grants an exemption under regulation 5 [4] of those Regulations permitting a group of more than fifty persons to assemble Sunday August 16, 2020 between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm Bernard Park, Pembroke Parish with the following conditions:
Conditions:
- All persons attending the event must wear a face mask and maintain appropriate physical distancing at all times.
- Number of persons permitted is 75.
- Duration of the event is 2 hours
- The Bermuda Police Service / Ministry of National Security Official have right to attend and observe adherence to the conditions as prescribed above
