A public relations firm is offering small businesses an opportunity to book media services at a reduced rate in honour of Black Friday.

Ms Pearman says: “Public Relations can be an expensive undertaking, especially for a small business even though it can result in an increase of clients. As we are now in the holiday season, I wanted to offer my services to small businesses at a reduced rate so that they can get the media exposure they deserve.
