Notice Is Hereby Given that a petition for the winding up of the Company by the Supreme Court of Bermuda was on the 20th day of December 2022 presented to the said court by the Government of Bermuda represented by the Ministry of Transport care of the Attorney-General’s Chambers, Global House, 43 Church Street, Hamilton in the islands of Bermuda.
That said Petition is directed to be heard before the said court on the 3rd day of February 2023 at 10.30am in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
