Draft St. David’s Community Plan
In accordance with the Development and Planning Act 1974, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Home Affairs has prepared the Draft St. David’s Community Plan.
This Draft Plan is a joint initiative by the Department of Planning and the Bermuda Land Development Company.
This Draft St. David’s Community Plan reflects the feedback and recommendations from the St. David’s community. It identifies goals, objectives and action items to guide the provision of community improvements and development in St. David’s over the next 5 to 10 years.
Members of the public are being invited to submit their feedback on the Draft St. David’s Community Plan by completing a survey which is available on the BLDC website www.bldc.bm/communityplan, the Department of Planning website www.planning.gov.bm and the Government’s Citizen Forum https://forum.gov.bm/en/projects/stdavids-community-plan. Comments can also be emailed to info@bldc.bm.
Please note that the consultation period within which comments can be submitted ends on 30 June 2023.
