Driver Arrested After Collision In Warwick
A car driver was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst impaired after a collision this evening [May 12] in Warwick that resulted in the car flipping over.
A police spokesperson said, “Around 10:05 p.m. on Friday, May 12th, 2023, police received a report of an overturned car near the junction of Frith Estate Road and South Road, Warwick.
“It appears the 30-year-old male driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a boundary wall, which resulted in the vehicle being flipped onto its roof.
“The driver suffered a minor injury to the nose. He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving whilst impaired.
“Traffic was restricted to one lane for a short period while the scene was cleared. Anyone with information on this collision is asked to contact Sergeant Anthony Smith on 717-2362 or, via e-mail asmith@bps.bm.”
