Update 4.05pm: The Ministry has released the list of bus cancellations for this afternoon. There were 24 runs cancelled this morning, 53 cancelled this afternoon, for a total of 77 cancelled today.

How can 77 bus runs be cancelled? With all of the Ebuses on the road plus diesel buses that still have useable life, PTB must be well over required fleet size.
