Nahki Wells Scores In Penalty Shootout
Nahki Wells converted his penalty in Bristol City’s shootout away to Nottingham Forest in their FA Cup fourth-round replay – although his team lost 5-3 on penalties.
The match finished 1-1 after regulation time, with Wells coming on as a 75th-minute substitute.
Wells scored his team’s third penalty in the shootout.
Taiwo Awoniyi netted the winning spot-kick for Forest, with City’s Sam Bell having watched home goalkeeper Matt Turner save his effort.
Divock Origi’s close-range strike had put Forest in front, only for Jason Knight to level six minutes later.
Forest will face Manchester United at home on February 28.
