2024 IQUW Bermuda Open PSA Gets Underway
The IQUW Bermuda Open Professional Squash Association 2024 Tournament got underway at the Bermuda Squash racquets Association Club in Devonshire.
Four Bermuda players — Micah Franklin, Taylor Carrick, Noah Browne, and Anaya Smith — took to the court on the opening day, with one picking up the win.
Franklin faced off against Carrick in his opening match and he would advance winning 3 – 0 in a 32-minute battle 11-5, 11-9, 11-5.
Brown would fall to Laszio Godde from France 3 – 1 in their 31-minute match 11-1, 7-11, 11-5, 11-5, and Smith went down 3 – 0 to Colombian Nicolas Serna 11-5, 11-6, 11-2 in 22 minutes.
