DENR Advises Public Of Phone Issues

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources [DENR] notified the public of ongoing issues with their telephone landlines at the Bermuda Botanical Gardens headquarters

A Government spokesperson said, “The Department of Environment and Natural Resources [DENR] wishes to advise the public that most telephone landlines to the Department’s headquarters located at the Bermuda Botanical Gardens, including the general switchboard operator number, are experiencing issues and are in the process of being repaired.

“Until the issues are resolved, the public is advised to direct queries to the following email addresses, and DENR officers will respond.

• Animals@gov.bm
• Pollutioncontrol@gov.bm

“DENR can also advise that from now until Thursday, 23 May, payment clerks will not accept payments between 1:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. Regular payment services will resume on Monday, 27 May.

“The Department thanks the public for their patience and apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.”
