Bermudians Nominated For UK Theatre Awards
Two Bermudians have been recognised for their contributions to the arts after receiving nominations for the Black British Theatre Awards.
Ryan Day has been nominated for Best Lighting Design; meanwhile, Sedona Sky has been nominated in the Best Graduate category.
The organization states, “We shine a light on the breadth and depth of Black talent in the UK theatre industry. We honour the accomplishments of Black performers and creatives. We articulate how essential their contributions are to the success of theatre in the UK and around the world.”
The award winners will be revealed during a ceremony at the iconic Lyceum Theatre on November 4.
