In exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 77 of the Constitution of Bermuda, Her Excellency the Governor has been pleased to reappoint the Rt Hon Sir Christopher Clarke as President of the Court of Appeal with effect from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2026 and the Rt Hon Dame Elizabeth Gloster DBE as a member of the Court of Appeal with effect from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2027.
