St. George’s Oral Health Clinic Reopens
The St. George’s Oral Health Clinic reopened yesterday [Oct 7] after a year-long closure.
A Government spokesperson said, “The Department of Health is pleased to announce the reopening of the St. George’s Oral Health Clinic on October 7th, 2024.”
Minister of Health Kim Wilson said, “We appreciate the public’s understanding and patience as we navigated a period of staffing changes.
“The clinic was temporarily closed for 12 months while we diligently worked to recruit qualified dentists. We are pleased to announce that the clinic will now reopen and return to full operation.”
The Government spokesperson said, “The clinic offers preventative, restorative, and curative oral health services to children aged 18 years and under, seniors 65 and over, and priority groups including persons in congregate settings and uninsured clients.
“The clinic will provide dental services to the public on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:45am to 4:30pm and Friday 8:45am to 1:00pm
