Rosewood Unveils Festive Holiday Events
Rosewood Bermuda is set to celebrate the festive season with a range of exciting events, including holiday dining, a Christmas luncheon, and a New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and Party.
A spokesperson said, “From December 6 to December 24, get into the festive swing around family, friends or coworkers at the property’s Island Brasserie for a night of holiday cheer. For parties of 6 or more visitors, embrace the tastes of a pre-fix menu with several culinary delights including savory tastes of Cider Brined Turkey Breast or Mascarpone and Truffle Mashed Potato. With multiple dining options available, tickets begin at $120 per adult or $60 per child with a required reservation.
“Happening on December 25, guests can begin experience the delicious cocktails and canapes in the Conservatory Bar, followed by a five-course lunch of delectable plates and Christmas bites. Offered at Island Brasserie, visitors can experience carefully crafted plates of holiday favorites such as the Chestnut Soup with spiced crème fraiche or the sweet flavors of Eggnog Crème Burlee with raspberries.
“Celebrate the start of the new year at Rosewood Bermuda’s New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner happening on Tuesday, December 31. Starting at $195 per person, guests can say farewell to 2024 with a delectable six-course dining experience at Island Brasserie. Some examples of mouthwatering and sweet plates to be offered are the Risotto Aux Champignons with black truffle shaving and Parmesan Reggiano and the Eclair Aux Choclat Noisette filled with chocolate cream and hazelnuts.
