Athletes Shine In NACAC Indoor Rankings

Several Bermudian athletes have been recognised in the recent North America, Central American and Caribbean Athletics Association [NACAC] Indoor Track and Field Rankings.

The rankings, which highlight the top performers from the previous indoor season, include a host of Bermudian names across a range of events.

Men’s Track:

Nairobi Smith-Mills: Finished 23rd in the Men’s 800 metres with a time of 1min 53.50sec.

Dage Minors: Recorded the thirteenth fastest time in the mile [4:07.96] and the tenth fastest in the 3,000 [8:20.15].

Men’s Field:

Jah-Nhai Perinchief: Secured eighth place in the men’s triple jump with a distance of 16.51 [54ft 16ins].

Women’s Track:

Caitlyn Bobb: Finished 24th place in the 200 [23.95] and eighteenth in the 400 [53.92].

Women’s Field:

Sakari Famous: Placed tenth in the high jump with a best leap of 1.81 [5ft 9in].
