Adam Hall Stars In Nashville Victories
Adam Hall played a pivotal role in the Nashville Sounds’ clean sweep of the Memphis Redbirds in a double-header in Minor League Baseball yesterday [May 14].
The Sounds opened their six-game series in Memphis with back-to-back shutouts, taking the first game 11-0 and following up with a 5-0 win in the nightcap.
Hall made his presence felt early in the opener, reaching base in the third inning after being hit by a pitch.
That moment proved key, as Anthony Seigler followed with a two-run homer, driving in Hall to extend Nashville’s lead.
Hall later capped the game by hitting his first home run of the season, a towering shot to right-centre field in the top of the seventh inning.
He carried that momentum into the second game, delivering an impressive performance at the plate by going 4-for-4 with two RBIs.
The Sounds, the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, return to action today as they continue their series against the Redbirds.
