Titan Express Offering Black History Month Tour
Titan Express is marking Black History Month by offering a Black Icons-Friendly Society Tour On February 15.
A spokesperson said, “In recognition of Black History Month, Titan Express is offering the Black Icons-Friendly Society Tour on Sunday, February 15 at 2.00pm. To book the tour, click here. February 15 from 2.00pm to 4.00pm; $45 per person.
“The stories and contributions of the Friendly Societies is of outmost significant importance to the history and era of Black excellence in Bermuda.
“We encourage people to come out with family and friends and learn about these stories that helped shape Bermuda’s history. Enjoy a brief bus tour in Hamilton City as we share stories of the Friendly Societies and their contributions before and after emancipation and within the community, along with their involvement and contribution to the game of Cup Match. Included is also a visit to the Alexandrina Lodge, in which Friendly Society members will share the rich history of the lodges and their legacy and impact in the community over the centuries.
